Pre-Military
My name is Bernard Davidson Mann of Richmond, Virginia. I am called David. I was born November 7, 1924 in Bluefield, West Virginia, the only child of David Meade Bernard Mann of Petersburg, Virginia and Melita Rorrer Miller Mann of Christiansburg, Virginia. Father was a civil engineer for the Norfolk and Western Railway Company. Mother did not work outside of the home until I finished high school.
I attended first through sixth grades at Bluefield and Christiansburg, Virginia; junior high school at Bluefield; and high school at Bluefield and Norfolk, Virginia. BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — PredaSAR Corporation, which is building and will operate the world’s largest and most advanced commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite constellation, announced today that it has named retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General David Mann as Vice President, Strategy, Army Systems and Defense Programs.
