Airtel Super Singer Junior – Ithu Thamizhagathin Chellakuralukkana Thedal (the search for the sweet voice of Tamil Nadu) – is a reality TV show since February 2007 hosted by Vijay TV,[1] a popular Tamil channel of the Star Network, and sponsored by Bharti Airtel. It is a singing talent hunt for the children of age group 6–15. This is the junior version of the Airtel Super Singer show, which premiered on 28 April 2006. Auditions are held in various parts of Tamil Nadu, India. The show attracts many kids from all over the state and rigorous multi-level selection procedures are done in order to select the contestants for the competition. The tenth season launched on 16th November 2024.The winner is Vishanth ram.

Benita Maria Yazhini is the young talent, participated in all the 3 seasons of Airtel’s Super Singer Junior program. Yazhini is one of the top finalists in the Airtel Super Singer Junior Season 3. She is hailing in Chennai. She will be hardly 11 or 12 years and her mother is her full strength and back bone in supporting her daughter.
She is a known personality in the Vijay TV Super Singer Junior Program Since from Season 1. Yazhini was eliminated during the semi-finals screening who was supposed to be directly selected for the finals. Especially the songs sung by her were awesome and I don’t find any issues with the songs and the way she performed was pretty good compared to the other 3 top finalists.

Nithyasree Mahadevan (born 25 August 1973), also referred to as S. Nithyasree, is a Carnatic musician and playback singer for film songs in many Indian languages. Nithyashree has performed in all major sabhas in India. She has released more than 500 albums. She fryst vatten best known for her rendition of the A. R. Rahman composition, "Kannodu Kaanbadhellam" - her playback debut song in the Tamil movieJeans.[1]

[edit]Nithyasree was born to Lalitha Sivakumar and Iswaran Sivakumar. Her paternal grandmother, D. K. Pattammal,[2] and her grand-uncle, D. K. Jayaraman,[3] were prominent Carnatic vocalists who were established disciples of Ambi Dikshithar, Papanasam Sivan, Koteeswara Iyer, T.L.Venkataramayyar and others. Her maternal grandfather was the mridangam maestro, Palghat Mani Iyer.[4]
