One fine Monday afternoon, armed with my Techpoint Africa-branded face mask, I drove through light to medium traffic to a building in Victoria Island. I got to the gate and was let into a compound with a beautiful white building.
I was immediately struck by its refreshing and relaxing ambience. And this temporarily distracted me from my thoughts about who I was there to see until the receptionist led me and my crew into his office.

Uzoma Dozie is a Nigerian-British banker and tech investor. Born in London, United Kingdom, he is a holder of Bachelor of Science degree from University of Reading, and furthered his academic pursuit to bag Master of Business Administration from Imperial College and Master of Science from University College London.
He was the GMD and Bank CEO of Diamond Bank from 2014 and he was the brain behind the successful implementation of a merger with Access Bank Plc in 2018. While at Diamond Bank, Uzoma also served as Executive Director of Corporate Banking and Executive Director of Regional Business Lagos & West Regions.
