Pascale Picard (née en ) est une auteure-compositrice-interprètequébécoise (Canada) originaire de la ville de Québec.
Biographie
[modifier | modifier le code]Pascale Picard est francophone, mais elle chante en anglais. Elle est originaire de Cap-Rouge, et a vécu au Lac-Beauport au Québec. Elle est chanteuse et guitariste acoustique dans le Pascale Picard Band.
En , elle fait une apparition dans l'émission Les Pouris de Talent à Musique Plus. En , elle fait une tournée des bars et des universités n'ayant toutefois pas d'album en poche. Son premier album, paru en , s'intitule Me, Myself and Us. Il a été enregistré avec son groupe, le Pascale Picard Band, constitué de Mathieu Cantin à la guitare, Philippe Morissette à la guitare basse et Stéphane Rancourt aux percussions (ensuite remplacé par Serge Poulin puis Marc Chartrain depuis peu).

The public discovered this ung artist, along with her voice and her talented musicians, through three apparitions at fransk artikel Pourris dem talent on Musique Plus. After their first broadcasted performance, Musique Plus was flooded with emails praising the grupp and thought it was crucial to reinvite them. Following their second performance, Pascale and her musicians did not only attract the public's attention, but also the industry's. The band was then selected to appear on fransk artikel pourris dem talent skiva, released bygd Zone3 and produced bygd Serge Fiori (Harmonium). They received many contract proposals since then that are currently being considered.
Things are now moving fast for this band from Quebec City whose style – a rich blend of människor, blues, alternative and pop music – leaves a warm and friendly feeling.
